Friday I went to UPS Store return some things from Amazon. I had a bag in one hand, my phone and keys in the other. I was wearing a dress and flip flops. The sun was shining in my eyes and this car next to me was trying to pull out as I got out of my car. I guess misjudged the step up from the parking spot with sun in my eyes. I literally started to trip forward but hands full couldn’t stop my fall.. And yet somehow I summoned all my strength and balance to end up like I’d stuck the landing after doing a couple summersaults from the high beam all Mary Lou Retton style you know.. Feet planted but almost in a squat to a slow stand.. I guess that’s why my quads & glutes been sore all weekend. But Hey look at me… Still sticking the landings 🤷🏻‍♀️ I should’ve threw my arms up for dramatic effect 🤣
