$1B in annualized revenue 18 months after launch is insane. been incredible watching the @higgsfield team grow this fast, and even cooler getting to work with them along the way. congrats to the entire team. absolutely unreal milestone.
Today, 18 months after launch, our annualized revenue crossed $1 billion. The platform now powers organizations across the Fortune 500. Enterprise adoption has grown 10x since June. More than 30 million people worldwide now use Higgsfield. Thank you to the creators and teams building with us.

Pretty cool way to start the day. @a16z featured @siriusai in their latest roundup of breakout startups hiring, with @benaziration and me on the cover. We’ve grown a lot over the past year, and we’re continuing to build out the team in San Francisco. Right now, we’re hiring a Founding Events & Partnerships Lead to help us with the next stage of Sirius. A lot more to come. Thanks to the @a16z team for the feature, and if you’re interested in joining us, reach out!

quick @siriusai update: in the last 4 weeks, we’ve helped our customers keep 336K+ customers and $11M in retained revenue. the biggest thing we keep seeing is that retention works way better when every customer isn’t treated the same. different people leave for different reasons. the save experience should reflect that. this is exactly what we’re building @siriusai around.

SF is one of the only places where you can go to dinner with no agenda and leave with a customer intro, a candidate, and three completely new ideas. What city comes closest?

Acquisition gets all the glory because it is easy to see. Retention is quieter, but it tells you whether people actually wanted what you built. Which one would you rather be world-class at?

What is one thing every early-stage founder wastes way too much time on?

I think founders overvalue being right and undervalue changing their mind quickly. The people I respect most can defend an idea hard on Monday and kill it on Wednesday when the data changes.

Hot take: if your startup needs 6 meetings to decide whether to test something, you are already operating like a big company without any of the advantages.

We’re building out Growth at @siriusai and looking for someone who wants a lot of ownership from day one. If you’re creative, deeply online, move fast, and want to help make Sirius impossible to ignore, take a look.
We’re hiring for Growth at @siriusai in SF. We’re growing fast, backed by a16z @speedrun, and looking for someone who wants real ownership across content, distribution, partnerships, launches, events, experiments, and new growth channels. You’ll work closely with the founding team, move fast, test ideas, and own projects end to end. The goal is simple: we want Sirius everywhere. Competitive salary + equity, free daily lunch, coffee, snacks, flexible PTO, and a lot of ownership. Full-time, in person in San Francisco. If you think you’d crush this, comment “Sirius” or email me at khang@thesirius.ai

The customer feedback that changes the product is usually not “this is great.” It’s “I almost stopped using this because…” Those are the conversations I want more of.

Poker is one of the few places where you can make the right decision and still lose. Probably why founders like it so much.

One of the clearest examples of what we’re building at @siriusai is @promova_app. Within four months of using Sirius, they had automated roughly 60% of their retention operations. By the one-year mark, that number was above 90%. The interesting part wasn’t just automating more work. It was making better decisions at the exact moment a customer was about to leave. Not every customer churns for the same reason, so treating every cancellation the same never made much sense to us. @promova_app is a great example of what happens when retention becomes more intelligent, personalized, and operational at scale.

marketing is getting harder every day
Hi guys, I’m going to start a company. It will be important. But it will also suck. It will be valuable. But will leave death and destruction in its wake. It will be transformational. But it will destroy society as we know it. So bottom line, please buy my company’s product. You can count on us! Thank you.

Something I keep noticing: companies know an absurd amount about how someone becomes a customer. They know the ad, landing page, referral source, onboarding path, and exact moment someone converts. Then that same person clicks cancel and suddenly the experience gets incredibly dumb. That gap is still wild to me.
