It sure seems like the judge can’t handle the stress of his job, and the only way he can bear it is by allowing this kind of thing to happen in the courtroom. It makes me wonder whether he’s becoming too emotionally overwhelmed by the job.

Thanks Chief Weitzel. If that Capon who holds the office of the Cook County Sheriff is too cowardly to go up against Toni and the Chief Judge over their indifference toward his employees doing their job, he should resign, pussy that he is.
