“I know he's extremely remorseful, and I do believe he's a good person.” - Matt LaFleur on Josh Jacobs

All of us at Marvel Studios are deeply saddened by the passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. Sir Patrick brought Professor Charles Xavier to life with extraordinary grace, intelligence, and humanity, defining the character for generations of fans, from "X-Men" to "Logan" to "Avengers: Doomsday." He was a singular talent, a generous collaborator, and a true gentleman. Our hearts go out to his wife Sunny, his children, his friends, and the countless fans around the world whose lives he touched with his art.

Time for another clock.

I am sick and tired of this 2026. The word legend doesn't even do him justice. What an immense loss 😭😭😭

Ray Gunn is the return of legendary director Brad Bird! An animated neo-noir that once again showcases why he is a giant of animation! I saw #RayGunn at the Denver Film Festival and can't wait for audiences to experience this! Check out my full review! youtu.be/uT-pGgDP0Hs

You can tell Disney has NO faith in Hexed. They are putting posters of the short playing before the film up in the "Coming Soon" poster marquees. Using the popular Stitch to try to get people to see it, tricking the kids 😭 #Animation #Hexed

Positive WOM keeps pushing #LaikaStudios’s PG-13 artsy animation #Wildwood at US #BoxOffice! Distributed by #Fathom, it EXPLODED on BIGGEST TUE Discount Day ever for Laika, grossing 2M, up strong +44.9% from MON (vs #MissingLink’s 577k, +45.5%, #Coraline’s 779k, -27,8%, #TheBoxTrolls’s 863k, +17.7%, #KuboAndTheTwoStrings’ 1.5M, +40.9%, #ParaNorman’s 1.7M, +20%). It hits a 15.7M cume in the U.S. in 5 days The hope is that strong WOM & awards season keep the original animation alive both in the U.S. & overseas to, along with revenue generated from international distribution rights’ sales. recoup at least part of its pricey 100M production price tag not including marketing. x.com/luiz_fernando_j/status…

Travis Knight says that LAIKA will never use generative AI in their films. “AI is theft. It’s the ingestion of years and years and years of human creativity and ingenuity, regurgitated back. It has no humanity. It has no spirit.” (Source: theplaylist.net/wildwood-tra…)
