one of my teachers in elementary school did this when we had a game day. She wanted to go first and hit the ball and the bat bounced and smashed her face and was bleeding profusely and we went back to the class for the rest of the time.
One of our staples this year was hitting basketballs. Teaching ball compression. How to strike the ball properly. Adding in a load and pause as well. Band on the back arm, so the hands stay in a good launch position.

I really think the devil is using these name brand protestors like Lizzie and Sola Chad to draw us away by making us hesitant to scripture as Catholics. There’s 99 problems in the world and we’re not one.
