No more lawfare against gun manufacturers! @realTJRoberts continues to push state-level PLCAA protections through the Senate Judiciary in Kentucky. This is important, as we have seen frivolous lawsuits against firearm companies spread across the U.S. Suing them over individuals using their products illegally, over First Amendment-protected speech, and more. This has to stop, and bills like this will put an end to these malicious backdoor attacks on the 2A.

Imagine being held at gun point by a crazy person and the agency that shows up to rescue you is the ATF, and then they send in a 20 year old chick to negotiate for your life. Might as well just light yourself on fire right then and there.
