On September 22, The Holy Grail of Investing will be available as a revised and updated paperback. @tonyrobbins and I published the book in 2024, including interviews with 13 of the most accomplished investors of our time, and it reached #1 on the New York Times bestseller list. Since then, access to private markets has transformed. The SEC removed the income and net worth requirements that had kept most investors out of certain private funds, and the Department of Labor has opened the door to private assets inside 401(k) plans. We are at the cusp of democratization. The revised paperback adds an entirely new chapter on Space & Defense, covering the global retooling of legacy systems and the development of autonomous systems, drones and satellites. We also expanded three additional sections: AI, robotics and disruptive technologies, from humanoid robots to 3D printed homes; energy, including the power and infrastructure requirements created by AI, data centers and advanced computing; and professional sports. The paperback will be available at all retailers on September 22.
