🦅Son of God• Ground pilot today Pilot tomorrow ✈️ •✍️ Personal stories and occasional refelctions• ⚔️Prince amongst men.

The secret is out: X rewards original content now. So, I’m pulling back the curtain on my professional life. Hello, everyone! I am Temidayo Roberts. I work in the aviation space as a Flight Dispatcher, sometimes called the "ground pilot." I know you don't know what that means, stay with me I'll explain in a bit. No commercial flight legally takes off without my signature. I co-manage the flight plan with the captain, calculating fuel, weather, and routes from the ground. I’ll be sharing exactly how this world works. Aviation.......Why aviation? It has always been my dream to fly from country to country, but the cost of pilot training is incredibly high(e dey choke) so I chose the next closest thing. Today, I'm glad I did. The industry is booming with massive opportunities and if you've ever considered an aviation career or are currently considering one,I’m here to help you navigate it. Looking ahead, my ultimate ambitions are to: • Fly fighter jets (like the legendary B-2 Spirit or fighter bombers)...I love those birds🥹. • Become the commander of the Nigerian Presidential Jet,the legendary "Eagle one". • Transition into a private or corporate pilot role. I'll be sharing daily behind the scenes insights, aviation career tips, and what really goes on before your flight takes off. I am also using this space to document my journey to becoming a Pilot,so y'all are welcome on board.

If you want to fund an international master's degree, do it for your wife or do it for yourself. Stop playing venture capitalist with zero equity!
Some men are still sponsoring their GIRLFRIEND abroad for masters program with all expenses on him You haven't married her yet and if she choose to remain there and marry someone else, there's nothing you can do about it. She owes you nothing and you're f00lish for that.

My mind is playing serious mind games with me. Yesterday I had a tweet that did 755 impressions and another today that did 1k impressions(my first 1k). Now tell me why my head is convinced the 755 did better because it has a long row of numbers and occupies space while the 1k post looks lonely and depressed even tho it's mathematical superior 😩😭

I’m at the airport, and my Uber driver is getting my bags. I’m standing there watching this man help what I’m assuming is his father. They look so much alike that I immediately thought, that has to be his dad. Then his father reaches out to hug him, and I can read his lips: I love you. I love you so much.” The son says, “Dad, one second.” And instead of rushing off, the son stops and starts praying over his father. His father listens. Then I see him say, “Amen.”

Have you ever had a dream that later become a reality or happened in real life? Did you take any step to either stop this dream from happening if they are bad ones or bringing it to reality if they are good ones?

If you're still monitoring your ex on social media, stop it. You're only hurting yourself more. Allow yourself to heal properly so you can move on and eventually be open to someone else.

For years, my father had one rule on our farm: Nobody was allowed near the small greenhouse behind the cassava field. He never explained why. Whenever I asked, he would simply say, “There’s nothing there that concerns you.” One morning, I noticed our farm worker, Chike, carrying several bags into the greenhouse. I followed him quietly. Before he could enter, he turned around and saw me. “What are you doing here?” he asked. “I should be asking you that,” I replied. He became nervous and quickly locked the door. That evening, I noticed something strange on my father’s phone. There were several messages from an agricultural company asking about the greenhouse. One message said, “We need the seedlings before the next planting season. Nobody must know about the arrangement.” I confronted my father. At first, he refused to explain. But after I showed him the messages, he finally told me the truth. The greenhouse wasn’t being used for ordinary crops. For years, my father had been secretly developing a new variety of disease-resistant tomatoes with an agricultural researcher. They had kept the project private because larger companies had previously copied farmers’ work without giving them credit. But Chike had secretly been selling samples of the seedlings to another farmer. My father immediately reported the matter to the agricultural authorities and secured the research materials. A few months later, the new tomato variety was successfully registered. The greenhouse that everyone thought was hiding something dangerous was actually protecting something valuable. Chike admitted what he had done, but the damage had already been done. What do you think my father should do to Chike?

I came home from work completely exhausted. It had been one of those days where everything seemed to go wrong. I was tired, hungry, and honestly just wanted to shower and sleep. But instead, I went into the kitchen and prepared dinner for the family. My husband was already home with our four year old daughter and his ten year old son from a previous relationship. I served myself, my husband, and our little girl. Then I sat down. My husband looked at the table and immediately noticed something. “Where’s his food?” I knew exactly who he meant. His son. “I didn't make a plate for him,” I replied.

I told my new boyfriend I was a virgin. He believed me. He told his mother. She cried. She said I was a blessing. She started planning the wedding. I let her. That was six months ago. Yesterday, I saw my gynecologist. He asked me one question. "Who performed your last abortion?" My boyfriend was sitting beside me.

My fiancé asked me to give him $80,000 from my savings three weeks before our wedding. Me: What do you need $80,000 for? Him: To pay off my parents’ mortgage. Me: Your parents’ mortgage? Him: Yes. They helped raise me. I want to do something big for them before I get married. Me: And you want me to pay it? Him: I’m not saying it’s your responsibility. I’m saying we’re getting married, so our money is becoming our money. I just stared at him. I had saved that money for years before I met him. Me: How much do you have saved? Him: About $12,000. Me: So you want me to put $80,000 into your parents’ house while you put in $12,000? Him: That’s not what this is about. Me: Then what is it about? He went quiet for a few seconds. Then he said something I honestly wasn’t expecting.
