This crime is made worse when you also consider that two of the directors are doctors and so obviously never read the health directive. I wonder a doctor of what, deception? So after the corrupt ART/member decision tp restart my Concare claim from the beginning after following instructions from both Australia Post LCR (self insurer) management and Concare who reassured me that processes have been followed, I lodged a complaint with the Commonwealth Ombudsman a little over a year ago. This is the only response I have recieved from the ombudsman after requesting an update on the 21/04/2026 in this matter. Australia has no longer a functional government, judiciary and public service. The public serpents are traitors.

TOTAL DAYS 480 or WEEKS 68 or MONTHS 15.
And yet the idiot public serpent at DEWR, FWC, FWO, ART, etc keep communicating me, to make a complaint to the Commonwealth Ombudsman when they are wilfully malfeasant in their roles. All by design. The Commonwealth government and the public serpents are simply criminals.

Benjamin Cowie was being considered for an appointment to the World Health Organisation prior to his 2021 Victorian health directions for covid. Could that be the reason why he didn't know what a Commonwealth worker is, and why VICSIS was issuing exemptions?

Australia Post/Startrack employees were not considered workers under the Victorian Health directive, so why did the Aus Post directors unlawfully force to see vaccination status of its employees?

I was stood down unlawfully from Australia Post because I requested policy and procedures for their unlawful smart band tracking devices which had privacy issues. I have since been unlawfully dismissed. This was after Australia Post unlawful Victorian enforcement of the covid health directive, which considered Commonwealth employees as not being workers under the directive. So exempt.
