Doug Gottlieb gotta be the dumbest coach in all of college athletics 😂

Clemson has never recruited or had a great OL. It just is what it is. Even if you watch our best teams. Other than Gallman. All our all conference RBs- Ellington, CJ, Etienne, Shipley. It was getting them open in space. It wasn’t running up the middle The thing that baffles me is again- not using the portal. Saying we reached out to a couple guys but didn’t get any takers is not an acceptable answer. Widen the damn net
I asked Clemson OL coach Matt Luke what went wrong with the OL vs. Miami. He said, "There's a vision and expectation... that didn't come to life." The follow-up was asking how that hasn't happened. "I just think the consistency that it takes. You see the effort and the toughness and the togetherness. You see that at times, but when you have 5 guys out there, if one guy makes a mistake, then it falls apart. You have a tackle for loss or a sack. I think for me, it's just all 5 guys doing their job consistently... that's how you do it."

At this point, I think Clemson needs to sit Dabo down and give him three options... (1/5)

Braydon Jacobs is the only OL that should be starting at Clemson and even his lack of development is worrisome. Use the god damn portal to get OL Dabo. Quit giving big NIL dollars to guys who stay 3+ years but aren’t developing and go get guys that can compete at this level
Dabo: "We need Collin Sadler (starting RT) to be Collin Sadler. And Harris Sewell (starting center) is a good football player. I'd go to war with him any day." He also mentions Tucker Kattus and Chance Barclay as guys he hopes to develop further this season

• Leonard Moore, Notre Dame • Ashton Hampton, Clemson • Ellis Robinson IV, Georgia All three playing at a high level right now. Top of the 2027 CB class looks very good to this point in the season.

Gave my dude crap but hey, our dumb ass shit talking back and forth led to $300 being donated today to helping young adults in the Miami area who aged out of foster care. That’s a good day. Miami has a hell of a squad. Respect.
I see the movement. I’ll match the $100.

I promise I’m not trying to be a hater. Bc I think Sammy, Heldt, & Ashton are our only good defensive players. But idk watching games I never feel Sammy’s impact. Like I look at the stat sheet and he will have 10 tackles but I don’t remember him actually make any plays
Some good on good here between Mark Fletcher Jr. and Sammy Brown. NFL evaluators are going to love this from the Miami RB.

Love E-Mac He is right about we need to show up better for their show But HARD disagree on getting rid of gathering at the paw. That’s a super long standing tradition and people have memories of being little kids & getting to go on the field & meet players & throw a football with their friends & run up and down the hill.

The last great Clemson OL as a group was 2018 Jordan McFadden Mitch Hyatt John Simpson Tremayne Anchrum All NFL guys And Gage Cervinka who I don’t think played in the NFL but is one of the best HS wrestlers to ever come out of South Carolina and was strong as a damn bull
O Line needs to be replaced and they need to apologize to Tait

Let’s see if lil buddy is a man of his word. I challenged him to donate it to a foster care nonprofit in Miami and I would match him $100
I’ll zelle you $500 if you can show me just a screen recording of anybody else in motion or even not lined up properly once Lofton went in motion.

Clemson probably is better than a 41-13 team. But there's a meaningful difference between saying the score exaggerated the gap and saying there isn't much of a gap. There is a gap. Miami had 419 yards on 62 plays, 6.8 yards per play. Clemson had 350 on 75 plays, 4.7 per play. Miami scored five offensive touchdowns. Clemson scored one. Miami won the turnover margin 2-0. Clemson committed 10 penalties for 91 yards.

Damn bruh. I just saw what Travis Hunter did the Tee 😂 Man it be like that. That’s the equivalent of if you play basketball long enough. No matter how good you are. At some point you’re gonna get dunked on

Ashton Hampton is the one player in recent years I can think of that actually developed for Clemson. His first two years. He would get a lot of INTs but he was a poor tackler and gave up a lot of yards But this year he has really grown into a shutdown man to man CB.

Again I’m gonna say. There are 7 G5 all conference OL from last year (not even counting service academy guys) That returned to the G5 And we didn’t take a single OL in the portal

I see some of yall blaming Tait. No. He has played super well vs a defense full of NFL talent. With his WRs dropping multiple balls and the OL getting their ass kicked

Ashton Hampton is solidifying himself as a 1st rounder right now. Toney is insanely talented and he is winning a lot of battles vs him

This is the first time In a long time Where I can say we are playing super hard but the talent gap is so massive in favor of our opponents Like the LSU blowout I didn’t see this effort. And before this year usually we are just so much more talented than almost everyone leze

Which speaks to negligence on Dabo’s part to put together the best roster he can. But he has instead stuck with loyalty. Which I commend. But Miami isn’t afraid to cut a guy to chase the portal or steal guys who aren’t in the portal. I commend Dabo’s morals, but we have been left in the dust and those willing to play by the rules which there are none

His drops have been such a massive issue this year for an already painful offense
That's now two drops for Clemson junior WR Bryant Wesco Jr. in the first half tonight
