Nick, there’s another layer to this story that makes the whole fraud setup even more interesting.
The wife is on H-1B. She has a transfer LCA for an SAP Consultant job filed by yet another body shop, Staffingtree, listing their Plano home address as the worksite. She’s been using the Bairineni last name since 2008, as this SAP Community thread confirms.
So Mr. Bairineni is on H-4, runs an LLC with no website, a Gmail address, and four H-1B petitions approved by USCIS since 2023. Go figure!
The victim in this video was petition number 4 - and hopefully the last one before the couple gets deported. Big shoutout to @SaraGonzalesTX. Two fewer fraudsters in town.
