Screw/Drop Full Circle BP Screw/Drop Comparisons 👀 @AmyGutierr64371 Amy has taken coaching very well, there were a lot of myths she had been told that we had to work through. You're seeing the other side of that now. Built Belief

Yall do understand players can improve right? The unpolished, unskilled kid you saw at 13 can be polished and skilled at 16. You cant keep holding what you saw at 13 against them, they ain't 13 anymore.

Side note, they arent sopposed to be good at 13, nobody really is because half the people on the field at that point can't throw and catch properly.

I have great respect for families that commit to traveling to me. That level of commitment isn't easy. If you believed a 400+ mile trip was worth it to receive what you needed would you be willing to do it? This one is a treat!!! @KierstynLambeth carltonsalters.wordpress.com…

"Just because someone is gifted athleticly doesn't mean they want to be great, most just want to survive" Nick Saban. True, however when you meet the ones that are gifted AND want to great, look out!!! Path Work Curveballs Full Circle BP Comparisons at the end 👀 @CayleeSyzdek

When the orientation flips the ease of using the bat can be shocking. Players are so used to using a lot of effort to hit, to thinking they have to do something with the bat to be sure of contact. When the orientation flips you just dont have to do that anymore.

Such a great weekend at Stanford! Grateful for the opportunity to get better, get great reps in, and learn more about the Stanford Softball program. Loved touring the campus and learning from these coaches. Thank you for an awesome experience! 🌲 @StanfordSball @JessicaAllister @Oh_tooly3 @MVP_512 @CoachCSalt

Change is hard, Change can be scary. To make changes you must choose to be uncomfortable. Improvement is not rooted in comfort. To find your best self you must go through some struggle. Progress isn't random and people aren't "just good" it takes intentional practice and time.

You dont know what a player can do until they get the orientation to flip. Creating better leverage will change the player. Let's get it under time! Path Work Fastballs Comparisons at the end 👀 @CayleeSyzdek @hunter_bunch10

Coach Salt I didn't know breathing correctly was so important, I have freedom to rotate. Sure, now exhale, see how thats improper for you? Yes, I feel like im going to fall over. Exactly, now hold your breath after the bat releases or you will get stuck.

Now you exhale, see how you core tightens the less air you have? Yes I feel strong through my middle. Now inhale, where is the tension? In my shoulders Exactly and that will contribute to you adding at contact, thats why you must fully exhale.
