Bouncing between the Dashboard and TopstepX is not good UX and flat out annoying.
So we’re improving this experience.
Phase 1 went live: resets can now happen directly in TSX…. Because some workflows get used more than others…

Hi traders, if you were impacted during today’s outage, here’s what we’re doing to make it right:
-Lost money on open trades? Erased. We’re wiping those losses from your account.
-Position reversed? Some trades reversed into an opposite “ghost” position in an attempt to flatten you. These are erased completely, whether they won or lost.
-Got flagged for hedging violations today? All violations are removed.
-Account violated due to the Maximum Loss Limit? We are reactivating any account closed due to an incorrect rule violation, with negative trades from the outage removed.
-Made a profit on open trades? You keep those gains. We aren't touching them.

1. They get a chemical high from dopamine or adrenaline.
2. Shifts the blame and protects their ego.
3. They bond over it. Like a tribal "us vs them" mentality.
The @Topstep hate is so forced lol. They had 99% uptime since January, dropped banger challenges that everyone raved about.
