And here's another thing.
Malachi Toney didn't even destroy Clemson.
Ashton Hampton did a really nice job. Toney finished with five catches for 40 yards.
If you'd told me beforehand that Clemson would hold Toney to 40 and Tait would throw for 295, I would've said Clemson had a legitimate chance late in the fourth quarter.
Instead Miami won by 28. And was up 21 in the 4th with Clemson only at 2 FGs.
That's concerning because it tells you Miami didn't need its superstars to play Superman.
They beat Clemson structurally.
