PCA route was near perfect. Recognized loud contact off bat and flips hips heading towards deep CF. Already playing deep, he knows he’s got plenty of time to adjust once getting depth. Eliminates misread of potential slicing RHH batted ball by not overcommitting to direct route.

White line - A far more direct path, had he actually tracked it properly.
It was a great catch, no doubt, but it was made to look far more dramatic because he tracked it so poorly.

PTOTD: Hyrox isn’t a sport, it’s a competition. It’s for people who never excelled at a sport post-highschool. Essentially the same thing as a hot dog eating competition… Joey Chestnut is good at eating hot dogs, hyrox cult is good at HIIT. Jack of all trades, master of none.
