Gidrey wreaked havoc on defense in Miller’s 29-28 win over previously unbeaten Harlingen. The senior picked off three passes, including a 54-yard pick-six, forced a fumble that was returned for a touchdown and added three pass breakups and six tackles. 🛡️

Corpus Christi Miller is our 4A Team of the Week after an unforgettable 46-41 win over Flour Bluff.
With just eight seconds remaining, quarterback Jayden Herrera found Laythan Wilson for a 58-yard game-winning touchdown as time expired.
Herrera threw for 310 yards, Wilson finished with 176 receiving yards, and David Villarreal added 206 yards on the ground.
The dramatic victory gave new Miller head coach David McHugh a perfect start with the Buccaneers.
