🇺🇸 THE ONE JUROR WHO WOULDN'T VOTE NOT GUILTY IN THE LINDSAY CLANCY CASE NOW SAYS OTHER JURORS WERE ON THEIR PHONES TOO.
His spokesperson claims some jurors were "posting on social media, allegedly, while deliberations were going on," and that phones "weren't taken away," even though phone use during deliberations is prohibited in the state.
This comes days after Clancy's own attorney asked a judge to investigate that same holdout juror's cell phone activity and dismiss the case entirely, citing double jeopardy.
