More practice doesn't always mean more progress. @CoachNobleWGHS reflects on realizing his team was worn down before the season even started. Long practices, extra conditioning, and the constant push for more reps had taken some of the fun out of football. His approach shifted toward being more intentional with practice time and keeping players fresh, healthy, and excited to compete.
