You describe your idea, then pick a name and a logo. After that we build three complete design directions and you choose one.
The fun part is how different they come out. A landing page for popup store waitlists got back a loud orange market stall, and a quiet editorial page with a serif and one photo. Same prompt, same product.
Before you commit you can shuffle the layout, swap the colors, ask for a similar style or just hit "surprise me".
Then whichever one you pick becomes the direction every other screen gets built from.

With Biscuit we have a durable execution system where we run the agent harness in the browser, and hand it over to a server when the browser tab closes.
Now someone talked to Biscuit in Slack, and since I had the project open, my browser tab ran the agent harness and answered 😂

We now simulate TIME(!) in our tests in Biscuit. Our QA agents and integration tests will make this work automatically.
I never have to wait to test a time-based app again...
Traveling time is supported in our automatic end to end tester!
Can't wait to see what crazy time-based apps it will need to test from users...

I've always wanted a tool that gives me inspirations for the hero of a landing page and let me iterate easily. And be fast. like really fast! So I am building one! You describe what you want, it generates a hero with image, typography, layout, all composed together in a few different aesthetic directions. Then you iterate: swap fonts, adjust colors, regenerate the image, whatever you need.

The great thing about the Slack UX is that it's simple by default: just a chat.
But then you can thread into messages, which adds a horizontal layer which is great for agents.
In Biscuit the chat is more like a task with threads, but I'm tempted to make it more like Slack.
Slack is close to being the perfect UI for most apps. I’m betting that most user interfaces, even IDEs, will eventually converge toward a Slack-like design.

I loved this talk!
Chat is not the final UX for agents, software should feel like something you can shape easily, like clay.
AI made this much easier and faster, and there's a wealth of undiscovered UX for building products assisted by AI... AI assisted direct manipulation.
