How do we ensure consumers have a meaningful voice in the decisions that affect them?
This was among the important questions explored at the launch of our Corporate Plan 2026–2032, where we welcomed Chris Pond, Chair of the Financial Services Consumer Panel.
Chris brought valuable experience of championing consumer interests in financial services, adding to discussions on effective representation, fair treatment and the importance of consumer perspectives in policy and regulation.
Our new Corporate Plan places consumer experiences at the centre of our work, with five strategic priorities focused on represented, affordable, inclusive, sustainable and empowered lives.
Thank you to Chris for joining us at Parliament Buildings and sharing his insights.
