LGBTQ+ servicemembers want to serve our country and live authentically as themselves. Today marks 15 years since the repeal of the U.S. military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy - a critical step toward equality for LGBTQ+ service members.
The fight is not over. I’m fighting to ensure that those unfairly discharged get the benefits they earned and that those who want to serve can.
