Two weeks ago, I reached out to 3 banks about my mortgage.
I received 3 offers and had quite a few back-and-forth discussions with all of them. I was transparent throughout and showed each bank what the others were offering.
Interestingly, two of the banks told me they couldn’t match the offer from one of the others.
In the end, I moved my mortgage to a new bank.
The final deal:
* 1-year fixed rate at 2.60%
* 1 month of interest-free payments included
With oil above $100 and inflation and interest rates looking like they could get worse, I felt this was a deal worth taking.
Now I'm curious: how are others negotiating their mortgage rates right now?

I've come a long way with the health app. Merged the two apps I use every day into one, and even added a few features I initially thought I didn't need. Turns out I was wrong.
Now it's in full testing mode!

The best part is not the AI Coach... It's for the lazy people that want guidance... Lazy people is a big market.
Smal message in the app which constantly measuring what you eat, how you workout - even overtime (days, weeks, months) and will give suggestions based on that...
Very impressed by how the API, storage, hosting, and everything else work together seamlessly. 8h into this now...

Started this morning... 6 hours later, the app is already working surprisingly well! I even installed it on my phone to test it.
I recreated an app I've been paying for every month—and it cost me less than $80 in AI credits.
Current features:

Humans are now using AI agents to apply for jobs—probably hundreds of them. It works great... if the company doesn't understand how they work. We do.
I currently have an open position on my team. Out of more than 150 applications we've received, 26 were submitted by AI agents.
How can we tell?
We hide invisible text in the application—content that isn't visible in the browser to a human but is still readable by AI agents. The AI follows those hidden instructions, generates a tailored CV, and submits the application.
Some of them even started with:
"Hi, I'm an AI AGENT..."
Great work! Those applications go straight into the trash.
It's fascinating to see how many people are already using AI agents, considering they've only been publicly available for less than six months.
