I work in a small office and routinely throw the most vile shits in the shared bathroom. I tried to act nice when I first got to the office, but all the office Karens would bully me. So I am waging chemical warfare to teach them a lesson.

One of my co-workers at an old job survived a mass shooting. I’m pretty sure he had suffered some kind of trauma. After months of therapy, he returned to the job. I was his only friend. His performance started to fall. He would slack off regularly, and soon enough my co-workers started to snitch on him to make themselves look better. One co-worker despised him and even told me at one point, “We all go through hardships.” Wagies are truly soulless.

Our company was going bankrupt, and my boss had no money to pay us. He tried to pay me in Pokémon cards and other items. I told him to go screw himself, I'm taking him to court. Man child.

I hate Mondays. I even hate Sundays, because they are one day closer to Mondays. Work is so miserable that it has made me truly despise one of the seven days of the week. And by the looks of my non-existent 401K, I will be doing this shit for *looks at watch* at least 50 more years (if I live that long).

I work in a software company that handles sensitive information and manages a vast number of systems for multiple complex customers. My leadership, and that of our customers, is all overwhelmingly Indian. I am four Indians deep in our hierarchy and have no way to move up further. Likewise, our customers have a similar structure. Above the working man, there is a caste system that farms izzat off the workers and makes snake-oil deals with the other Indian companies who are all doing the same thing. Our services are terrible. We skirt by delivering the absolute bare minimum while claiming we are meeting all our goals. No one tries to deliver excellence. We are all overworked and underpaid, trying to scramble to do whatever is necessary to be just successful enough. I can only conclude this is Jugaad. No matter what recommendations get made to make the workload lighter, the goals measured better, or, God forbid, the organization better structured, they all get shot down because none of the Indians came up with them. The Indians in charge cannot now, and will never be, capable of bringing bold and authentic leadership that delivers excellent quality. They chase the bare minimum so that they can farm izzat off their customers and their workers. Through their overworked and underpaid non-Indian workers, they are practicing the ultimate form of Jugaad. They are running one over on everyone in business, and they need not do anything themselves to do so, other than maintain a terrible business structure. The worst part is that your tax dollars reach the business that I am in. Every American is paying, through subsidies or taxes directly, for the awful service that my company provides. A master scam. Tons of izzat to go around.

I got my long term girlfriend a job at the office I work at. We had a pretty bad fight, so to get back at me she fucked the office chad after a work party. She had told him we broke up (we didn't). I quit the job on the spot, left her on read and blocked her. This was 7 months ago now, her mother still tries to reach out to me to "fix" the relationship.

Women don't belong in the workplace. Imagine how much easier it would be for a man to take care of your family and grow in a job if we didn't have these annoying women larping as boss bitches doing shit work for a high wage because they have a vagina.

Working long hours makes me feel important. I tell people it's terrible but I actually like it.

After graduating from college and completing an internship, I found it difficult to wake up early, so I quit. To this day, I’ve been stealing money from my parents without them knowing, while they remain proud of me.

I have automated/optimised most of my WFH job. It was hell to start & it took 16 hours some days to get through the workload using their old broken processes. Now it takes two. I have told nobody. All the scripts & tools are on my personal machine & I pretend I am always too overworked to answer calls & mumble about quitting every time something comes up in a meeting & they suggest handing it to me. In reality, I am out of books to read & shows to watch while at "work". I have started bingeing seasonal anime.

I used to work as a marketing intern. Everything was good and all my coworkers were friendly. But what I genuinely cannot stand is how hollow my work is. I gotta go to work and stay there for 9 hours only to write several captions that could be done in 20 minutes max. The other 8 hours and 40 minutes? I gotta pretend like I was busy. I suddenly realize that this is what most people do at their bullshit job. You know deep inside that you are replaceable as fuck. It’s eating your soul.

There is Indian on Indian racism where I work. These two guys always go around calling other Indians "Dalits" and even refused to take an order from one of them who is higher in the org. MFW when the black guy blurts out "idk why these niggas hate each other they all look the same to me."

My job makes us wear cringey bow ties to the office. They literally serve no purpose, half of us don’t even speak to customers face to face. And of course, the boss doesn’t have to wear one. I’m convinced corporate did this just to humiliate us FML.

I live in Poland and work in school administration. This year, a new student - nigglet 14 - joined our 99.9% white school (his mother is a single parent, by the way). There have been nothing but problems with him. He goes into fits of rage when something small doesn't go the way he wants. He has started hitting his classmates and a teacher. As of the end of September, he has had about four fits like that. Teachers constantly complain that he is loud during classes and misbehaves. It's not hard to predict that a violent new kid will end up with no friends. And his mother, whom we have had to call each time because of his behavior, shouts about racism every time. I don't have the strength to deal with him anymore, and I secretly hope a car will h*t him someday
