Whistleblowers continue to describe extraordinary material, while the public is still waiting to see the underlying records, data, and proof for itself. If a major leak does happen, the question will not only be what is released. It will be whether the public can authenticate it. At this point, I say go for it. Why not? It feels like an enormous amount of effort has gone into playing ball with the powers that be, to the tune of very little success. According to the excerpt circulating from Stratton, the plan involved using a U.S. submarine in waters associated with UAP activity, with the working assumption that nuclear systems may attract or provoke interest from these objects. The reported goal was not simply observation. It was to create conditions where a UAP might come close enough to be tracked, studied, or potentially captured. Stratton led the Pentagon’s UAP Task Force and was directly involved in some of the most important modern government investigations into the subject. The claim immediately raises serious questions that have long deserved answers. Was this only a proposed operation, or was any version of it ever carried out? What safety concerns would come with using a nuclear submarine as bait? What exactly did officials believe these objects were detecting? Radiation? Heat? Reactor activity? Something else entirely? 🚨MYSTERIOUS LIGHTS HAVE RETURNED OVER A WYOMING MOUNTAIN A man in Cody, Wyoming, says the lights he watched above Cedar Mountain last winter have returned after disappearing for months. Speaking to Cowboy State Daily, Jezriah Krubeck described seeing groups of glowing orbs from his porch between November and February. He said they moved along the ridgeline, changed direction and sometimes stopped or moved toward one another. He also said that he asked his neighbors to look and that they saw them too. Now, according to the report published September 26, they're back! Wyoming MUFON director Richard Beckwith reviewed Krubeck's footage and said he couldn't explain the objects. His assessment doesn't confirm what they are, but it does give us a named investigator's response alongside the witness account and a video people can examine for themselves. What caught my attention is how often Krubeck says that this has happened. If the lights are returning to the same area, we have an opportunity to learn something from it, more than what a single recording can tell us. I'd like to see two or more cameras recording from different locations at the same time, with the mountain clearly visible and the original files kept. That would give investigators a better chance of working out where the lights actually are and whether their apparent movements match from different viewpoints. The reported winter pattern is worth checking too. Did the lights stop appearing, or did something change about when and where they could be seen? Exact dates and viewing times could help answer that. We spend a lot of time discussing sightings that ended before anyone had a chance to investigate them, but here we have someone saying the lights have come back. THE NORTH PACIFIC “DOME” A circular feature in the North Pacific, described in online reports as roughly two miles wide, is drawing attention again after its Google Earth image resurfaced on Reddit. The formation appears at 49°50′43″N, 140°13′21″W, alongside what looks like a winding trail across the ocean floor. Look closely at the area extending to the left of the rounded feature. A broad curve runs through the surrounding terrain, with a dark edge that makes its shape particularly noticeable. The formation’s position near one end gives the impression of something that has travelled along that route, an interpretation that has prompted speculation about an enormous object moving across the seabed. The story has been circulating for years. Mysterious Universe covered it in March 2017 under the headline “Massive Circular Object Appears to Move on Pacific Floor,” and SURFER returned to the same location in June 2025. Now another audience is encountering the image and asking what might account for its unusual appearance. THE 4CHAN UNDERWATER FACILITY ACCOUNT The image also brings to mind the anonymous 4chan poster who, in April 2023, claimed involvement in UFO recovery and analysis. Their account described a “mobile construction facility that hides in the ocean,” manufacturing smaller craft for specific assignments. According to the poster, this facility operated primarily around the Bermuda Triangle in the Atlantic. It allegedly produced craft with different shapes and onboard equipment depending on their intended purpose, functioning as a carrier with manufacturing capabilities. The facility itself could relocate underwater, and the poster said their team suspected it was controlled by artificial intelligence. One exchange in the thread is worth revisiting here. Asked whether additional facilities might account for UFO activity off the Americas’ west coast, the poster said they suspected others could exist, while explaining that their own work had focused on the Atlantic. For readers familiar with that account, the North Pacific image offers an intriguing visual companion to the speculation: an enormous underwater installation capable of moving through the ocean while manufacturing and deploying its own vehicles. I’d like to see this particular stretch of seabed in much greater detail, especially where the apparent trail approaches the circular feature. Happy 87th birthday to one of my Ufological heroes, Jacques Vallée. Born September 24, 1939, he remains one of the most influential thinkers in the history of UFO research. For more than six decades, Vallée has pursued this subject through field investigations, witness interviews, and a body of writing that continues to challenge how we approach it. His collaboration with J. Allen Hynek belongs to an earlier chapter of UFO history, but the questions they raised are still very much with us. When Passport to Magonia appeared in 1969, Vallée asked readers to consider modern UFO encounters alongside centuries of folklore and reported contact with strange beings. In The Invisible College and Dimensions, he explored the possible relationships between these experiences, human consciousness, and the formation of belief. He gave the subject room to be considerably stranger than visitors arriving from another planet. What I admire is his willingness to remain uncertain after a lifetime of investigation. He has advocated taking witnesses seriously without pretending that we already understand what they have encountered. That is an approach to research I deeply respect. There is still so much to learn from his work, and I’m grateful we have the opportunity to celebrate him. Wishing Jacques a wonderful birthday, good health, and many more years of discovery.
