my concern as well, so I hope we will get a clear answer today what the priority of the privacy stack is. Although the new CEO has already said that he plans to bring PoD to more thains. Also the roadmap includes the further development and enterprise SDK for privacy integration

X Spaces with new CEO, Robbie Vander Ghinste, and new CMO, Sara Bouchet
Following community questions, Robbie and Sara will host an X Space tomorrow at 10:00 UTC, covering every point the community has raised.
Preliminary Clarifications
1. COTI Foundation
COTI Foundation continues as is. Robbie is setting a new mission for the project, with a bigger emphasis on commercial development.
Sara joins as CMO, with a background in building consumer apps. She will lead the launch of the COTI app and its products.
2. Wider Roadmap
There is no structural change to the project, beyond the change of management. This is necessary to shape the vision beyond a purely technical focus.
Robbie brings a network, and experience, focused on business applications of the technology. Implementation of $COTI is at the heart of this.
3. Timeline
At the centre of Robbie's focus is a new central application, which allows COTI to be spent as a privacy payment rail for everything in day to day life.
The public roadmap, detailing each milestone the new app will bring, will be published tomorrow.
Confidence is earned. Robbie is committed to years of work on the implementation of $COTI as a private, spendable currency, and to letting that work speak for itself.
4. Community Feedback
The Google form below is for the community to submit their key questions to Robbie and Sara, so they can be addressed in the AMA.

@YourCryptoChef Can you verify that there was developer activity on COTI’s github 23rd September? coti-pod-inbox-contracts updated - is this actual developer activity? Would be a good sign if active development continued soon after this transition phase.

Why the shift to zk foundation. GC is great but institutions have to hand over sensitive data to plug into the computation. You have to give up your private info to a third party $coti to get private computation. Institutions are reluctant. That's the weak link.

A few people have been asking about my thoughts on the recent leadership change at ethereum:0xddb3422497e61e13543bea06989c0789117555c5. Here is where I stand: I am staying fully invested for now.
Why?
Because my conviction isn’t tied to a single name! (I liked Shahaf, and I needed some time to process the news of the resignation, too.) It’s tied to the undeniable economic efficiency of this technology.
Institutions, banks, and governments will inevitable migrate to public blockchains. The decentralized path is just cheaper and faster. @amateo has repeatedly confirmed this to us over the past few weeks through his conversations with the above-mentioned.
But to onboard them, we need a privacy layer that offers zero latency for the everyday smartphone user.
This is exactly why I believe ethereum:0xddb3422497e61e13543bea06989c0789117555c5 and Garbled Circuits (GC) will win the privacy race over ZK-Proofs and FHE:
🚫 The Limits of ZK & FHE:
• ZK-Proofs cause heavy "Prover time" overhead on mobile apps. Generating a proof drains your battery and takes too long at checkout. Plus, ZK cannot natively calculate a shared private state between two different banks.
• FHE is mathematically secure but computationally devastating. Running it on a phone causes overheating and takes minutes—unusable for real-world adoption.
Why Garbled Circuits (ethereum:0xddb3422497e61e13543bea06989c0789117555c5 V2) Win in my Opinion:
1. Built for Smartphones: GC shifts the heavy lifting off your device. Your phone processes the transaction in under 0.5 seconds. No overheating, just the speed of Apple or Google Pay!
