In the last 24 hours, the DGX Spark has sold out from many of the MicroCenter locations. My guess is there's 1 week max left until its sold out everywhere. If you're interested in buying one, I would get it while you can.

PSA to all DGX Spark Buyers: If you buy "New" from Amazon, there's a 2 in 7 chance (from my experience) that you will receive an open box returned machine. I purchased 7 New: 1x Nvidia DGX Spark 6x Asus Ascent GB10's What I got was: 1 New Nvidia DGX Spark 4 New GB10s 2 Open Box, Used GB10s When I reached out to Amazon customer support, they did allow me to return them, but I need these for a new cluster, so I don't have time to waste dealing with that and then risk getting more open boxes or even my own returns sent back to me, so I guess I'm keeping them. If receiving an open box computer is of concern to you, beware purchasing from Amazon, as they clearly consider an open box, returned computer as "New". Here's 1 of the shipments showing me opening the Amazon box and receiving 1 open box Asus Ascent GB10. @amazon @AmazonHelp @ASUS @nvidia

Update on this: Amazon support is a joke. Under another post where another buyer had the same issue, @AmazonHelp responded asking me to reach out to them. When I clicked the link, it gave an error (specific to my business account): Sorry it looks like we hit a snag. I showed them that, then I'm told to use a new link, which did work. I'm given the ability to submit specific information about the issue, to which I did and was highly detailed showing proof and explaining every detail. I then receive an email asking me to submit images of the box being open box, so I took a few screen shots of the video , which I had already provided in the original report that showed me opening the amazon box on camera and showing 1 of the 3 boxes for that shipment being open box/used/returned. After submitting that, I was told I'd hear something within 6 hours. It wasn't until 36 hours later that I received a response to that, which is the image I've attached below, which is ridiculous, vague, does nothing to address my issue, nor resolve it. I then respond explaining how I already gave highly detailed information of the issue, video proof and attached images and then they respond with this: "Hello, We received your email to Amazon Customer Service. For security reasons, we can only process emails from addresses that meet certain email security standards. This helps protect all our customers. Here's how you can reach us immediately: • Visit: *Link redacted*) • Chat with us through your Amazon account. To contact us by email: • Use an email address from a provider with up-to-date security features • Or ask your email administrator to update your email domain's security settings. Most popular email services already meet these security requirements. We are here to help and look forward to assisting you. Thanks for choosing Amazon." Clearly they are only interested in sending you in an infinite loop of questions/support agents until you get too fed up to continue. Support has clearly been highly degraded in recent years, this is not what I used to experience with their customer support, its sad. I have no choice but to just move on, I've wasted so much time on this already. This is unacceptable @amazon @AmazonHelp I'm feeling your pain now @Blackwellboy its exhausting.
