If #BroadwayPlan rental projects need public relief to remain viable, why give up affordability instead of trading that relief for permanent public/community ownership?
Taxpayers absorbing the gap should get an asset.

4/5 Skip rooms with no kitchen in a house where the host lives. That's renting part of their own home, and it's allowed. More importantly, it isn't housing stock that could go back to long-term renters. Focus on self-contained suites and laneways that could.

Let's be clear. Under Ken Sim and ABC, City Hall is a godawful place. Two councillors resigned. Staff are miserable. There are bullying complaints. He is supported by AI slop-generating hate accounts and vicious lies.
