A good technical idea can die too early under business pressure.
It can also waste months if that pressure comes too late.
That’s one difference I’ve noticed building in Silicon Valley and China.
In Silicon Valley, technical ideas often get more room to breathe. In China, the business question tends to come earlier.
Neither approach is always right. Both care about the business eventually. The difference is when that pressure shows up.
I still naturally lean technical. But I’m learning that the real skill is knowing when to let an idea grow, and when to ask whether it actually makes someone’s work better.

That mix is exactly what makes AI useful in the real world.
Law, finance, ops, healthcare. The people building agents need to understand the field, not just the tech.
AI-native doesn’t have to mean 100% tech-native.
