$UBIK 43/ AIXBT was ultimately very simple to summarize in hindsight: CT produces too much information → an agent continuously ingests it → synthesizes it → eventually becomes a KOL itself. UBIK could be the logical next step: The internet produces too much information + media → an always-on system ingests it → understands/remembers it → decides what is worth telling → generates/streams content → becomes an autonomous media entity.

$UBIK THESIS Probably one of the most interesting projects ahead Massive drawdown from ATH. Disappointed holders. AI video experiments that turned part of the market off. Still no full reveal. And yet, I think the situation deserves a lot more than what we see 2/ First important point: I am NOT assuming UBIK is going to be an “AI KOL.” We still do not know exactly what the final product is. There are clues around video, streaming and a broader multi-platform presence. But confusing those outputs with the entire architecture would probably be premature. 3/ That is exactly what makes UBIK difficult. The market is trying to value something without fully knowing: → the complete architecture → the final product → the business model → the exact token utility → or even the boundary between product, agent and infrastructure We are literally pricing a box that is still partially closed. 4/ At first, the phrase: “24/7 synthetic subconscious” created extremely high expectations. A lot of people imagined: → persistent memory → world models → a contextual layer → always-on cognition → infrastructure shared across agents → a backend for AIXBT or future agents In short: something deeply infrastructural. 5/ Then some clues started pointing toward: → video generation → streaming → YouTube → TikTok → Twitch → Kick → Instagram → a much broader media presence And the market naturally went: “Wait… we imagined a revolutionary cognitive layer and we’re getting AI videos?” I completely understand that reaction. 6/ I had the exact same initial disappointment. Because intellectually, a new infrastructure layer for agents sounds far more ambitious than a content generator. But there is an important bias here: more technically complex ≠ more economically valuable. And more importantly: visible video ≠ the entire product. 7/ We can imagine several versions of UBIK. Version 1 — bearish: LLM ↓ prompt ↓ Veo/Sora/etc. ↓ automatic upload In other words: a sophisticated content bot. If that is basically it, I have a very hard time seeing the moat. 8/ Video models will keep improving and will probably become increasingly commoditized. If your edge is simply: “we know how to generate AI videos” Google, OpenAI, Meta, ByteDance and many others will continuously erode that advantage. That is not enough. 9/ But there is a version 2. UBIK could be an autonomous media entity. Not simply generating a video when asked. But: → continuously monitoring information → deciding what matters → constructing narratives → adapting formats to each platform → publishing → observing reactions → changing its behavior Now we are talking about something very different. 10/ And there is a version 3, much more ambitious. Video could simply be one interface of a persistent cognitive system. Imagine: DATA / INTERNET / SOCIAL ↓ INGESTION ↓ MEMORY ↓ WORLD STATE ↓ REASONING ↓ ATTENTION / PRIORITIZATION ↓ ACTION And then the action could be: → a tweet → a video → a livestream → an interaction → research → a response → a decision for another agent In that scenario, video is only one output among many. 11/ And suddenly, the term “synthetic subconscious” becomes much more interesting. A subconscious is not simply something that speaks. It is something that continuously operates behind visible behavior. It absorbs. It associates. It maintains context. It influences what deserves attention. 12/ So one reasonable hypothesis would be: UBIK runs continuously, even when nobody is explicitly asking it anything. It maintains an internal representation of the world. Then different systems can make use of that state: an agent, a personality, a video, a livestream, perhaps even AIXBT or something else. Again: hypothesis. Not established fact.

26/ There is also another possibility people often forget: UBIK could be infrastructure whose first visible application happens to be media. Those two things are not mutually exclusive. You can build a general cognitive layer… …and choose video content as the first demonstration because that is where the distribution is. 27/ In other words: the market may be framing this too quickly as: infra VS AI KOL when the final architecture could perfectly well be: cognitive infrastructure → agents/applications → media as the first consumer-facing application. That would fit “synthetic subconscious” much better. 28/ And that is what makes the current dump interesting. At ATH, the market could project almost anything onto UBIK. Lack of information allowed everyone to imagine their ideal project. Then the video clues appeared. Reality suddenly looked less extraordinary than the fantasy. The premium collapsed. 29/ That can be completely rational. Maybe the market simply overvalued the mystery. Maybe the final reveal will genuinely be disappointing. That scenario has to be accepted. A talented builder can still ship a bad product. A second success is never guaranteed. 30/ But the other possibility is that the market made the opposite mistake. It went from: “this has to be revolutionary” to: “lol it’s just AI slop.” When we may have only seen a small fraction of the system. That is where the asymmetry becomes interesting. 31/ The builder’s incentives also matter. 0rxbt is not coming into this as a founder with no capital, no distribution and three months of runway left. AIXBT gave him: → experience → reputation → network → distribution → capital That guarantees nothing. But it clearly changes the distribution of possible outcomes. 32/ He has much more reputational downside than a random anonymous dev. And probably much more room to experiment for a long time before UBIK has to immediately become profitable. Again: this is not a guarantee of quality. It is simply a variable that cannot be ignored. 33/ And I would add one more thing: after AIXBT, simply building “another AIXBT” would probably be the least interesting thing to do. If UBIK is genuinely his next major project, I would expect it to explore a new interface or primitive. Video / streaming / persistent cognition would fit that. 34/ So the real reveal has to be far more convincing than: “look at our cool generated video.” I want to understand: Why does UBIK exist? What problem does it solve? What runs 24/7? What does it remember? What does it learn? What decisions does it make on its own? 35/ And most importantly: what is the relationship between the UBIK token and the system? Because you can have an excellent product and a bad token. Eventually we need to understand: → utility → sinks → ownership → revenue → access → incentives The product reveal alone cannot justify any valuation. 36/ So my bull case is NOT: “0rxbt succeeded with AIXBT, therefore UBIK will moon.” I think that is a bad thesis. My bull case is closer to: a builder who already anticipated an important AI x crypto shift appears to be working on an always-on autonomous system, where video may only be a new action/distribution layer. And the market has just dramatically reduced the price of that option. 37/ My bear case is equally clear: the mystery was better than the product. UBIK turns out to be mostly a content-generation pipeline. The videos remain interchangeable. No proprietary intelligence. No reusable infrastructure. No strong token utility. In that case, the repricing can continue much further. 38/ That is exactly why I find the project difficult. This is not a token where you can open DefiLlama and calculate: TVL, fees, revenue, P/E. You have to reason about: builder, likely architecture, distribution, a still-hidden product, market psychology, optionality. The uncertainty is huge and i like that honestly

39/ But those are precisely the moments that sometimes create the biggest asymmetries. When everything is confirmed: the market has usually already repriced. When nothing is confirmed: the risk is maximal… but price can become interesting if the market moves from one emotional extreme to another. 40/ Personally, I do not see the dump as proof that the UBIK thesis is dead. I see it as a violent reset of expectations. The market may have expected pure infrastructure. It sees video. It gets disappointed. Now we need to determine whether that disappointment actually reveals a mediocre product… or simply a misunderstanding of the product. 41/ In my view, UBIK today is less a certainty than an option. An option on the idea that: the next stage of AI agents may not simply be getting better at responding to humans… but existing continuously in the digital world, with memory, identity, objectives and the ability to produce and act without waiting to be prompted. 42/ If that is genuinely what “24/7 synthetic subconscious” means, then maybe the first videos were never supposed to be impressive on their own. They may simply be the first visible movements of something running underneath. If not? The market will probably keep punishing it. 43/ AIXBT was ultimately very simple to summarize in hindsight: Crypto Twitter produces too much information → an agent continuously ingests it → synthesizes it → eventually becomes a KOL itself. UBIK could be the logical next step: The internet produces too much information + media → an always-on system ingests it → understands/remembers it → decides what is worth telling → generates/streams content → becomes an autonomous media entity.

Not at all surprised by the Louvre heist. It’s another sad sign of the decline of a once great country — where the government has perfected the art of distracting people with phantom threats instead of confronting the real ones.

$TIBBIR stealth exit countdown is ON! ⏰🐸 1. @mickymalka stealth launched @ribbita2012 on Jan 11 Saturday, then immediately Micky changed his PFP to 01.11 SAT, while Micky has @base blue cover photo set 2. Micky bought IP rights of Cryptopunks then changed his PFP to cryptopunk 3. @coinbase video Mickey Mouse hint (future of money) once in April then in July 4. @ribbita2025 appears, following T1 exchanges (Coinbase, Robinhood, Binance), same time when Tibbir Investments LLC was filed 5. @startupspike (crossmint) breadcrumbs: 33 (week 33?) follow the frog 🐸🕳️ 6. @baseapp launch on July 16th 8. Genius Act approved July 17, then $TIBBIR dev wallet transaction, 0.025 ETH (25 days after July 17 = week 33, Mikcy og PFP pic shows leg + hands point to 08.10-08.11 9. @ribbita2012 buys cryptopunk and starts revealing the KYA & intent rails breadcrumbs, confirming the identity & contextual money thesis (lead up tweets) 10. @crossmint founder QRT-s $TIBBIR (then deletes it hehe) 11. (NOW): @mickymalka changed the BASE blue cover to the Micky Mouse cover photo, key numbers: 10/11/2 okay Alt what now? so one thing is sure, TIBBIR is closer than ever to exit stealth. over the past week, new buys started to appear from MM wallets, signaling potential exchange listings in the horizon. on Micky's new pfp you can see 10/11/2 numbers. my gut says next week (week 33) is the most likely, 08.10 or 11? who knows, but if I'm wrong and tibbir doesnt exit stealth next week, I'll just buy more, because the setup of this stealth launch is buy the rumor buy the news (study the run of $KTA after it exited stealth at 3M, $TIBBIR is in stealth at 200M, so the run wont be to one billion, but to deca billions), and staying in stealth is still bullish as you can see. (btw bit schizo but @BobLoukas interacted with only one post, where I mention the T1 exchanges that Ribbita2025 is following) all in all, let Micky cook, he's the master of this market and knows the perfect time to exit stealth, still, gut says baseapp, crossmint, mm buys, @ribbita2012 tweets, positive market environmen and the recent cover photo change of Micky, we are CLOSE.
so the first tx of the $TIBBIR dev wallet happened on July 17...👀 tx hash: 0x0e7020dc6fc2a0df64c24288d68a148d7426ced7ac633464d843d7ed9f23cb9d Transaction Block = 33 @crossmint guy's hint: 33🐰🐸 @mickymalka's tibbir launch PFP: upper right corner = 10+11+12=33 foot + hands = 8/11 Transaction amount: 0.025 ETH Transaction date: July 17 and here comes the ultra kicker: 25 days after the tx, July 17 is August 11 week 33

Ribbit Capital: Driving Innovation in Fintech and Beyond Let’s look into Ribbit Capital a little before we dive any deeper. Ribbit Cap is one of the most prestigious venture capital firms in Silicon Valley. Founded in 2012 by @mickymalka. Currently, they have approx $12 Billion in assets under management. They were one of the first investors in Coinbase. In 2013, Ribbit Capital helped Coinbase close its first Institutional Round (series A). They're also major backers/investors of: - @RobinhoodApp - @RevolutApp - @Uniswap - @creditkarma ——————————— The Visionary Behind Ribbit Capital Micky Malka has more than a great reputation in Silicon Valley. He is ranked as the second-best VC on the Forbes “Midas” list. As one of the early investors in Robinhood, he is part of the Board of Directors of $HOOD, but through Ribbit, he also owns a stake of 46.5 million shares worth approx $2.2 billion. If that wouldn’t be bullish enough, Micky himself filed for a new trust, which he named “Tibbir Trust,” a created TIBBIR Holdings LLC a few weeks prior to launching $TIBBIR on Virtuals. Funnily, “TIBBIR Trust”, manages an additional 102,183 shares of Robinhood, worth about 5.1 million dollars. Throwback to when we had the $GME / Gamestop Saga… Guess who helped Robinhood not go out of business? You guessed it! Our buddies at Ribbit Capital. How? They led a $3.4 billion emergency funding round for Robinhood, solidifying their position even more as one of their biggest backer. ------------------------------- After watching interviews and listening to podcasts with Micky, I understood that his vision goes beyond wins or profits. He measures success in impact. He helped multiple entrepreneurs turn their vision into a multi-billion dollar company that has redefined industries. Whether it’s crypto, trading platforms, or DEFAI, he is always ahead of the curve. Considering the fact he has a personal relationship with the founders of leading AI and crypto companies, he has probably been on the #DEFAI wave way before any of us here. So far, if Micky Malka got behind a project, the odds of it being a winner have skyrocketed. Now imagine him launching his own AI agent on @virtuals_io … What are the odds? Let's see... Micky Malka’s track record of staying ahead in fintech and crypto makes it almost certain he’s gearing up to drop something big: $TIBBIR, an AI-driven VC agent. Ribbit Capital’s motto “Fintech is Dead. Long Live the New Fintech” shows they’re all about evolution—and $TIBBIR is the next logical step as fintech, crypto, and AI merge into one ecosystem. He embodies the Adapt Fast or Get Left Behind mindset. In the interview I watched from "Endeavor Globa", Malka mentions AI Agents, another thing that he highlights is: In order to be and stay a successful VC you must learn to adapt, FAST. After digging a little deeper into his social circle, the founders of companies he is related to, and the other top VCs, I came to the conclusion that the “Silicon Valley founder/VC bubble” he is in DEEP, including the founders of the leading AI and crypto companies. He also attended the latest Hackathon, which he SPONSORED next to Solana, Robinhood, OpenAi… Guess what the theme of that Hackathon was… “Hacking for Agentic Finance” $TIBBIR would fit perfectly into Ribbit Capital's next move, not to mention their perfect timing. Few examples: - Brian Armstrong, as one of the first believers and investors in Coinbase, with a stake of 1.7% approx - Dan Morehead, Pantera Capital. $5.2 Billion in assets under management - Vlad Tenev, Founder and CEO of @Robinhood and a whole lot more, but I’ll leave a picture below of more connections. While @ribbita2012 tried to avoid questions related to his connection to Ribbit Capital and Micky Malka, the community eventually managed to squeeze it out of him/them. In case you still doubt that $TIBBIR is not linked to Micky Malka or Ribbit, I invite you to read the proofs below collected by the detectives of the community: 1 - Mickym.eth and Kanbas.eth are both tied to Micky Malka. Kanbas is the wallet where he stores his NFTs. An NFT he owns is “Squiggle” and guess who had a “Squiggle” PFP not long ago before $TIBBIR was launched… Yes, Micky Malka. 2 - Mickym.eth funded the dev wallet on virtual. 3 - SEC Fillings from Micky Malka. 3 different ones, the first one being filed on 10/10/24, the second one on 11/08/2024, and the third and last one I’m aware of was on the 3rd of January. Literally a week before launching $TIBBIR on virtual 4 - I doubt all 10+ X accounts of VCs and Employees could have been hacked or followed the same frog with glasses coincidentally. 5 - 102,000 has been transferred to Tibbir Trust, worth about $5 million dollars. 6. A list of the VC’s and Ribbit Employees that “accidentally” follows @Ribbita2012. The list started getting larger day by day. I Nick Shalek - @nshalek General Partner at Ribbit Capital, also the second highest ranking person at Ribbit. more than enough imo but in case he was hacked… I have a few more people from Ribbit Capital on this list I Zack Rosen - @zackrosen_ (Ribbit Capital) I Eva Alonso - @evamalonsor (Ribbit Capital) I Rob Hadick - @HadickM VC, General Partner at @dragonflyvc and Previously investing and advising at GoldenTree, @GoldmanSach, and @PJTPartners. (Bought $67k worth of $TIBBIR so far in the mast few days) I Gengmo Qi @0xsudogm, Another investor at @dragonflyvc, also Ex Engineer @chainlink I Jonathan King @jonathankingvc - Investor @cbventures I Grace Deng @gracedengx investor at @SevenXVentures manages a portfolio of 120 projects. - assets under management = $300 million. I Joshua Lim @joshua_j_lim, Co-founder at @arbelosxyz a trading firm @Jacob Mullins - Managing Director @Shasta (early-stage venture capital firm with a little over a billion dollars under management) I Nathalie Yang @lazysailormoon: VC, Angel Investor, ex Binance Either all of them were hacked, or they followed a shillbot/chatbot frog with glasses. OR They have been told to follow it in their VC / Investment / Funds / etc circle... and something much bigger is being cooked behind the scenes... I have made my bet on the latter one. What roles their agent will fulfill remains a question; I'd say AI-based VC investing is the most obvious next step... so maybe we can soon shill tickers for the frog? All in all, there are no guarantees in life, but in this case, I would much rather be wrong than miss out on this run if my thesis above is correct. $tibbir / $ribbit CA: 0xA4A2E2ca3fBfE21aed83471D28b6f65A233C6e00
