Each seats portrait is: Wall + Frame + Chair + Sitter + Briefcase. The sitter is the shareholder character itself. Weirdos are one of the better rarity layers inside the project. Only 601 of 4,001 Seats (~15%) are non human. A ghost, a robot, a skull, a mannequin, a vampire, an alien, and a golden retriever. The Sitter is the character in the chair.
