BTC’s 4-year cycle timing mostly held. Top was Oct 2025 (~$126k), about 18 months after the 2024 halving—same window as prior cycles. One year later it’s ~$85k, down ~33%. The low so far was June/July 2026 near $58k (−54%), not October. Price is already up ~45% from that low. Old bears lasted ~12 months and dropped 77–87%. This one was shorter and much shallower so far. If June holds, the bottom came early. If not, Q4 is still the historical window. Returns keep shrinking. Next halving is ~April 2028. Cycle timing is intact-ish; the size of the moves is not.

2025 & 2026 will go down in history as two of the worst years for BTC and the entire Crypto Industry as a whole. 2027 should start a new cycle. I see BTC at $150k this time next year.

You heard it from the horses mouth in this interview. Saylor admits: “MSTR wont make it unless digital credit is at par”
JUST IN: Strategy's Michael Saylor just said they could become a trillion-dollar company with digital credit as their main business. "The future of $MSTR is based on converting #Bitcoin capital into credit. Equity will outperform BTC if the credit is good." "Digital credit is the product, equity is the byproduct. If the credit works, we should trade at a premium." 👀🔥

Bitcoin will reach $100,000 sometime in the next 12 months, according to @saylor. He also explains some of the key drivers to watch for bitcoin, including monetary policy. For more market news, tune in at: SchwabNetwork.com/?CID=SM:Tw…

What Happens When Strategy Endlessly Sells MSTR Shares via ATM. Dilutes common shares and lowers gross BTC per share. Capital spent on STRC buybacks is not used to accumulate more Bitcoin, reducing leverage/amplification—the core appeal for many MSTR holders. • With MSTR often trading near or at a discount to gross BTC NAV recently, issuing shares can be dilutive on a pure BTC-per-share basis. Analyses note it turns MSTR into a somewhat less leveraged Bitcoin bet. • Opportunity cost is high if Bitcoin rises sharply; you’re using common equity issuance for de-levering/structure support rather than pure accumulation. Recent filings show the company has been doing exactly this at scale while still making modest BTC purchases.

🚨 BULLISH 🚨 JP Morgan Asset Management included $BTC in its 2027 Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions. Its base case projects a 10% annualized return for $BTC over the next decade, the highest of any asset in its comparison.

MSTR holders should continue to track, measure, and question mgmt’s decisions, but I continue to be impressed with the team’s low time preference and willingness to engage.
Why is $STRC trading just under $100? Funds and arbitrageurs that bought in the $75-$90 range for the trip back to par are now selling to income investors. That rotation has naturally taken time.

I am still bullish on @Strategy, $MSTR, but it’s also prudent to admit that the dilutive resistant $BTC acquisition engine of issuing preferred stocks to acquire bitcoin has been stalled for the better part of this year. I will share some math soon which presents a rather strong upside still for $MSTR. Unfortunately, managements actions to return $STRC to par have been helpful but not enough to kick start the engine again.

That Billions was dumping on MSTR common investors. Image those billions sitting in the equity right now. Price would be around $500.
But when you invest billions more than you expected, it’s time to rethink your Strategy.

Yes. MSTR common has returned over 1000% since the 2020 Bitcoin strategy launch, outperforming BTC long-term despite recent volatility and trading near a discount to its ~$70B BTC holdings. STRC sits near $100 par at ~$98.6 with 12% yield, stabilized by $193M+ buybacks and 3.4-year USD reserves. Strategy keeps adding BTC (now 848k+) while running both products.

BREAKING🚨 @BlackRock just filed for another Bitcoin ETF. This one will be a "buffer" Bitcoin ETF which will means it will offer downside protection but investors will give up some upside to get that protection. Ticker will be $PBIT.

$MSTR bought $22.1M in Bitcoin and spent $193M buying back $STRC That’s almost 9x more money spent on buybacks than on $BTC 😱 And this isn’t the first time Is $STRC becoming an obstacle to MSTR’s Bitcoin accumulation? YES
$MSTR bought back $192M worth of $STRC this week while buying $21M in Bitcoin😳 Instead of buying more $BTC, they spent 9x more on buying back STRC The $STRC and $SATA make absolutely no sense to me @saylor finally seems to be realizing the mistake Now it’s $ASST’s turn 👀

$MSTR has been removed from MSCI. So what happens next? Roughly $8 BILLION in potential selling pressure and up to $11 BILLION in a worst-case scenario🤯 That may not be huge relative to its market cap, but the headline impact is massive😪 I believe MSTR’s mNAV will eventually hit 1.0🎯 If Bitcoin holds steady, that puts MSTR at around $126 That’s where I’ll close my shorts 🎯 $BTC $ETH
🚨 BREAKING: $MSTR and MSCI MSCI has adopted new index rules that could impact Bitcoin treasury companies MSTR is on the list of companies facing potential removal from MSCI indexes😪 But the final decision on $MSTR’s inclusion is still pending, with the updated list expected on November 11 The uncertainty isn’t over yet 👀 $BTC $ETH
