Meta is launching AI-powered tools that let users create and publish 2D and 3D games using natural-language prompts, without traditional coding or specialized hardware. Horizon Create and Horizon Studio are designed to let creators build, edit, playtest, and publish games across Meta’s platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Horizon. Meta stock also gained about 4% following the announcement.

The CFTC has updated its guidance on tokenized assets and blockchain-based recordkeeping. The update clarifies that eligible customer funds can be invested in tokenized forms of permitted assets when the tokenized version provides the same or functionally equivalent legal and economic rights. The CFTC also said blockchain technology can be used to satisfy certain recordkeeping requirements. The move comes as U.S. crypto market-structure legislation faces further uncertainty following the Senate’s failed attempt to advance the CLARITY Act.

The Fed has proposed new rules for stablecoin issuers under the GENIUS Act. The framework would require eligible stablecoins to be fully backed by permitted reserve assets, introduce capital requirements, and generally require redemptions within two business days. Issuers would also face monthly reserve disclosures and additional oversight, while Fed-supervised banks could apply to issue payment stablecoins through subsidiaries. The proposals are open for public comment for 60 days as regulators work toward implementing the new framework.
