In the demo, the check only looked for a file. The file was broken. Test the restore, into a separate database, not the live one.

Password reset link opens localhost:3000?
Supabase's Site URL is the default for email links, and it starts as localhost. Set it to your real domain in Authentication, URL Configuration.

App emails going to spam?
Gmail wants SPF or DKIM from every sender (all three incl. DMARC over 5,000/day). Add your email provider's DNS records, then check "Show original" says PASS.
