Dear
@Cardano community,
I am a candidate for the
@IntersectMBO Board and I am asking for your vote. 🗳️
Two seats, eleven candidates, voting closes Sep 25 at 12:00 UTC.
Who I am: I have been in this community since 2021. Through my agency
@awen_online, I ran Intersect's North American Hub for nine months, the highest-engagement hub of the six worldwide. Members then elected me to
@Intersect_MCC, where I wrote the public post-mortem on the hubs program.

Intersect's central challenge is legitimacy. It spends community treasury funds, so it has to prove, transparently, that every Ada delivers value.
I saw this up close with the 2026 MCC budget and auditing all six Community Hubs: the ecosystem rightly wants outcomes and ROI, not activity reports. Earning and holding that trust is job one. The second challenge is participation.
On-chain governance only works if voting is broad and informed, yet most members and ada holders still sit out. We have the machinery, DReps, committees, the Constitution, but not yet the habit. The third is sustainability.
Cardano's core development and its open-source tooling need durable funding and stewardship that does not depend on any single company. The opportunities are the mirror image. Cardano is the first major chain attempting member-led, on-chain governance at this scale; if we get it right, we set the standard others copy.
A disciplined treasury can fund genuine ecosystem growth instead of noise. My bias is toward concrete accountability: fewer and clearer commitments, public budgets and post-mortems, and tooling that lowers the cost of taking part.
That is where Intersect earns its mandate.
My fellow community members, please consider voting for me.
