I'll post whatever you want me to post. Or I won't post at all if that's what you want. Whatever it is that'll please you, I'll do it!

Finally watching this Aussie classic. Shameful DAVID HEMMINGS erasure from this poster.

He was something much worse… the original ‘master of misfits’.
i’m confused, wasn’t freddy krueger always a pedophile? and not just in the remake?

There is clearly one film that doesn’t belong here. And that film is Basic Instinct 2. (Has this gentleman actually seen FC2? One of the great sequels, I thought that was the general consensus?)
I'm putting together a team.

Once again having to bite my tongue while a lovely mutual praises The First Omen as being ‘the best in the franchise’. I’m clearly not biting my tongue at all, but you get my point.

GREAT picture. Strange. Otherworldly. Creepy. One of the best horror movies of the 80s. Everyone should watch it.
Tonights film: Eyes of Fire, 1983. First time watch.

Never mind UHD upscaling… this is UHD upskirting. Lovely to see Leo McKern’s VPL.

Oliver Reed. Klaus Kinski. Sarah Miles. Sterling Hayden. Nicol Williamson. The most high maintenance, drunkest, hostile set in movie history.
I think the next Oliver Reed movie that blows up should be VENOM, a movie where his swagger was disarmed both on film and irl by an insane Klaus Kinski

If you kids are thirsting after hot property Oliver Reed and want something a bit off the beaten track, try 1966’s THE TRAP. Reed plays a violent, French Canadian trapper who buys a mute woman as his wife and takes her to the wilderness. Wolf attacks and amputated limbs follow.

With apologies, I still think this is a funny picture. Probably the one time I’ve enjoyed JD doing his bit. Also am I imagining it or was this like one of the most expensive films ever made at the time?
Say, did someone say “master of misfits”?

This film features both Shane Rimmer and William Hope. Our two greatest North Americans living in the U.K. starring in films set in North America but filmed in the U.K.

What the OP isn’t telling you here is that all this wonderful Olly Reed footage is from a Michael Winner film.

Just watched Carol Reed’s ODD MAN OUT, aka Don’t mention the troubles. James Mason with the Belfast accent you never knew you needed. Exceptional stuff, best movie snow ever. Incredible b&w. Preferred this to The Third Man.

‘CRYSTAL LAKE’s showrunner knows exactly where Season 2 would go—and wants to explore the town “in sort of a ‘Twin Peaks’ David Lynch style.” Peacock hasn’t renewed the series yet. Read more (Season 1 spoilers): [dreadcentral.com/exclusive/5…]
