Overnight, residential buildings, railways, and energy infrastructure in many regions came under Russian attack. In Chornomorsk, a drone struck a vessel. Importantly, our warriors always find a way to justly respond to these attacks and take the war back to where it came from. Over the past 24 hours, our long-range capabilities effectively struck targets serving the aggressor’s war machine. Our sanctions reached the Samara region, as well as the positions of occupiers operating Iskander missile systems in the Bryansk region. There are new results in the Black Sea. I thank all the units involved for their precision and systematic work. Russia must stop its absurd escalation.

From conversations with Panamanian government officials and civil society organizations to exchanges with journalists, students, scholars, community leaders, and other key stakeholders, the visit created opportunities to raise awareness about the situation in Tibet and China’s efforts to destroy Tibet’s distinct cultural, religious, and linguistic identity and heritage. Among the highlights of their visit was the distinct honor of meeting with Ambassador Kevin Marino Cabrera, the U.S. Ambassador to Panama, for a meaningful conversation on the importance of religious freedom and the preservation of language, culture, and identity. The visit also gave Panamanians an opportunity to hear directly from the two Tibetan leaders about the experiences of Tibetans in exile and those living under Chinese oppression in Tibet. Today, I visited one of our lyceums. I spoke with the children about their studies, their interests, and their dreams. For me, these are always very special and warm meetings. It is nice to see children having the opportunity to study in person, spend time with one another, have direct contact with their teachers, play, and develop. I thank children for their love for our country, and their parents and teachers for raising them so well. We are doing everything to make the greatest dream of children – and of all of us adults – come true as soon as possible: to achieve peace. And it will definitely happen. Glory to Ukraine!

Russian terrorists are hitting the main bridge in Kyiv. The goal is to terrorize civilians. The primary responsibility of these war crimes lies with the terrorist regime in the Kremlin, which continues its genocidal campaign against Ukraine. But responsibility does not end there. I also blame the silent supporters and enablers of this evil. Perhaps the most significant among them is Donald Trump. He promised to "end the war in 24 hours," and many believed him. Instead, he gave Putin a blank check. He invited this war criminal to the United States of America. And now his portrait hangs in the White House. So no surprise, since Trump's return, russian missile and drone attacks on Ukraine have skyrocketed. Trump's pro-russian rhetoric, refusal to support Ukraine, and repeated praise of Putin have emboldened the Kremlin to escalate its assault. The United States halted military aid to Ukraine. Ukraine is now critically short of air defense systems. Civilians are dying because they cannot be adequately protected. U.S. intelligence support was curtailed, weakening Ukraine's ability to defend itself and allowing russian forces to regain territory and advance further. Instead of standing with Ukraine, Trump handed a lifeline to the russian economy. By removing restrictions on russian oil, billions of dollars are flowing back into the Kremlin's war machine. That means more missiles. More drones. More dead Ukrainians. Trump has become an enabler of russian terrorism. History will remember this.
