PHIL GODLEWSKI ASKS A LACKAWANNA COUNTY JUDGE TO UNDO HIS CORRUPTION OF MINORS PLEA. IN 2023 HE TESTIFIED: "I FELT LIKE I DID CORRUPT THE MORALS OF A MINOR, AND I STILL FEEL LIKE THAT TODAY."
He wants his plea thrown out, using texts with the woman who was that minor. Her lawyers and the DA say no. She testified he said he would offer her $50,000. In a separate lawsuit, a judge sanctioned him in 2024 for failing to preserve earlier texts.
