[🟢] INFO: The verdict could open the way for City’s rivals to each claim more than £100million in compensation. Liverpool, Arsenal, Man United and Tottenham served legal notices on City in 2024 reserving the right to seek compensation if the club were found guilty of serious charges.
Sources involved in that process said some of the clubs had calculated potential losses of significantly more than £100m, as compensation for missing out on the Champions League and other income losses. That could rise to a much higher figure to take interest into account.
