They let a man die rather than stop praying and help him. This is what a cult looks like.
Not even death can allow a Muslim to break his prayer! What if he could have been saved?

Saw this on one of my Whatsapp groups. EKEDC IN DESPERATION _____ I installed an 18kW solar power system at my property in Lekki Phase 1, relegating EKEDC supply to a backup status. Since then, I have been having more frequent visits from personnel of Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC), coming to check my prepaid meter. On one of those visits, the EKEDC team stood watching the meter for motion to indicate consumption. When the meter wasn't moving, they called me to say they suspected I had bypassed the meter. I told them I had enough solar power for my daytime needs and only used their supply as a backup for the dark hours. To prove this to them, I switched on my inverter bypass for about 2 minutes so my consumption would be from EKEDC. They saw the meter rotating normally. They were visibly upset and one of them mumbled something like "This ọ̀gá no wan gree us chop". They left. Today (19-Oct-2026), three of them came to my premises with a notice of disconnection. The last time I loaded an EKEDC token was in July 2026 and I still had ample units left. When I asked why they would disconnect me, they said the reason was "LOR" (Loss of Revenue). They said my slow consumption indicates a faulty meter and I had to pay them ₦112,606 for loss of revenue. I told them my meter was not faulty and that they could test it if they wanted. The lady said they were losing revenue and they had to make up for it. I didn't know whether to laugh or to be angry. I have no intention of paying EKEDC a dime for its loss of revenue due to my taking steps to protect my interest. But, I share this story for all who are investing in solar power to know that the DisCos are now desperate. They now have "Loss of Revenue" as a reason for your disconnection from their supply. It is simply that they are not making enough money from you. I am waiting for EKEDC to disconnect me from their grid before I lodge a formal complaint to the regulatory authority. We are in interesting times in Nigeria! Raphael Awoseyin 19-Oct-2026

Personally, this will forever be my greatest work. Nothing I’ve shot since comes close to the passion behind these shots. Only shot that can beat this will come from the revolution if INEC successfully rigs this election like the last one.
The Moment both groups of protesters at surulere linked up on Monday. Such a beauty 😍😍😍

After weeks of rioting in Paris no one was killed. Which technically means your child is safer attending a riot in Paris than a school in America.

Nigeria’s Passport Plunges From 90th To 181st Position. Visa-Free Access Falls From 44 Destinations To 24 Nigeria’s passport has reportedly dropped to 181st out of 196 countries in the latest IziVisa Passport Ranking Index, down from 90th position in July 2026. According to data published on IziVisa.com, Nigerians can travel to 24 countries visa-free, obtain visas on arrival in 16 countries and access 43 countries through electronic visas. The report highlights a decline in Nigeria’s visa-free score from 44 destinations in July to 24 in the latest IziVisa ranking. IziVisa explained that passports are ranked according to the number of destinations their holders can access without obtaining a visa beforehand, including visa-free entry, visas on arrival and electronic visas. The United Arab Emirates leads the 2026 ranking, with access to 185 of 198 destinations through the three travel categories, while Switzerland occupies second position. Luxembourg, Malta, Denmark, Spain and Finland also feature prominently. Separately, the July 2026 Henley Passport Index placed Nigeria 90th out of 199 passports, with visa-free access to 44 destinations. The index, published by Henley & Partners, assesses passports against 227 travel destinations using data from the International Air Transport Association. Among African countries, South Africa ranked 49th globally, with access to 101 destinations, followed by Botswana in 61st position with 81 destinations. Morocco ranked 67th with 71 destinations, while Kenya placed 68th with 70. Ghana ranked 70th, with access to 67 destinations, while Nigeria shared its position with the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Turkmenistan in the Henley ranking. However, the IziVisa and Henley indices use different methodologies and coverage, meaning their rankings are not directly comparable.
