Earlier this week, our Genetics team hosted a “Genes for Juiciness” tasting panel, giving team members an opportunity to learn more about pork quality and the role genetics can play in the eating experience. Panel participants sampled a variety of pork chops from our farms and evaluated them across several categories, while learning more about the work happening behind the scenes. Thank you to our Genetics team for sharing their knowledge and giving our team a firsthand look at how we’re continuing to advance pork quality through research and innovation.
