Drydocks World, a DP World company, and Cochin Shipyard have signed a 50:50 JV to operate and expand the International Ship Repair Facility in Cochin. This JV, a first-of-its-kind public-private partnership in India’s ship repair sector, will combine global expertise with local capability to strengthen India’s ship repair ecosystem and support Cochin’s ambition as a leading maritime services hub.
