Suntex’s Deep South Electrical Awarded $1 Million McAllen Multifamily Contract
Suntex Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: $SNTX) announces that Deep South Electrical Contractors has been awarded a $1 million electrical contract for the new construction of Villas at Primerose, a multifamily residential development in McAllen, Texas.
Deep South will provide electrical construction services for the ground-up development, expanding Suntex’s involvement in new residential construction across the Rio Grande Valley.
The project aligns with Suntex’s focus on construction, infrastructure and real estate development, with its specialized trade businesses serving an important role in bringing new properties from development into operation.
“New construction is where our teams put their experience to work from the ground up. This contract gives Deep South another opportunity to deliver in a market we know well and strengthen the relationships that support our growth,” said Javier Leal, CEO of Suntex Enterprises.

Suntex Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: $SNTX) announces that its subsidiary, Deep South Electrical Contractors @DSECTexas, has been awarded an $888,000 electrical contract for the Mandalay multifamily development in Palmview, Texas.
The award adds to Suntex’s contracted construction work and expands Deep South’s presence in the South Texas multifamily market. For shareholders, it represents additional contracted business to support revenue as work is performed.
Growing our operating companies is central to Suntex’s strategy. Our construction businesses pursue contracts serving outside developers while we advance our own real estate projects, creating multiple avenues for growth across the Company.
Our focus is on building contracted backlog, executing profitably and expanding the capacity of our subsidiaries to take on more work.
