HR automation is both necessary for large companies and so absurd that is destroys the ability to onboard talent.
~20 years ago I had a recruiter tell me I was too junior for a specific role they had. They didn’t realize I wrote the tech test for the company that was trying to hire (they had outsourced the test). I said I wouldn’t apply anyway due to the conflict of interest of doing the engineering test I authored. The recruiter then went absolutely ballistic that nobody “senior” could seemingly pass the tech test and was pissed I made it too hard for the folks she’d already been putting forward. Nobody had passed it. Within 12 months I’d left to start my first business at 23. Never looked back.

“I’m pro-contraception.” — Vivek Ganapathy Ramaswamay In a 2023 conversation on the “All-In” podcast with Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks and David Friedberg, Vivek went on the record to support unnatural vice in the context of being “pro-life”: “I think that the pro-life movement needs to — we need to walk the walk when it comes to being pro-life. What do I mean? I'm pro-contraception; I'm pro-adoption; I'm pro-child care. I’m pro-more sexual responsibility for men…”

Ok. We deported 3 million people… Did you get your job back? Yes. In the past 10 years around 80% of jobs have gone to foreigners. Not only would you get your job back, there would be upward pressure on your wages, so you’ll likely get a nice pay rise, too. Did housing prices come down? Yes. Supply and demand would put downward pressure on both house prices and rent. This would mostly benefit the working class as migrants congregate in poorer parts of the country. Did new and used car prices come down? Yes, for used cars. Used car prices would go down as migrants sell their cars before leaving, flooding the market. Did your healthcare bills come down? Yes. The NHS would save in the region of £10billion. It would also slash waiting lists and waiting times to see your doctor or receive treatment. Did your tax burden shrink? YES! The combined NHS + benefits + schooling savings could be around £50billion per year. We could raise the personal allowance on income tax from £12.5k to around £19,000: • Most part time workers would stop paying tax altogether • Lower and middle earners would save around £1,200 a year • Higher earners would save around £2,200 a year. Remigration, if done correctly, could be an absolute Golden Age for the British working class.
Ok. We deported 3 million people. Did you get your job back? Did housing prices come down? Did new and used car prices come down? Did your healthcare bills come down? Did your tax burden shrink? Did any issues in your life that you were blaming on immigrants improve? No, they did not.

Gen Z love the Prequels because they relate to Anakin. A sensitive young man, an autistic savant, who has everything taken from him by alien savages, and has natural desires like fraternity, having a family, and aspiring to heroism proscribed by a sclerotic political order that refuses to acknowledge and solve problems. Young men today find the state of their nations intolerable, and just want to use power and competence to fix things. When Anakin responds to Padme warning, "That sounds an awful lot like a dictatorship," with, "Well, if it works," they agree. The Jedi Order and Galactic Senate are as hypocritical and unsustainable as the institutions in their states which coordinate to constrain their potential. For them, the tragedy is not Anakin was corrupted by Palpatine and became Darth Vader, but that he failed and lost everything in pursuit of things they want and can't have too.
They razed our childhood shopping malls, they flooded our hometowns with foreigners, they made the dollar menu 3$, they made Cortana ugly, and you expect Gen Z men to just forgive them without consequence? No.

They tell you to vote for Vivek because Amy is pro-abortion and pro-gay marriage.
Fact check: the GOP platform doesn’t oppose gay marriage and doesn’t support a federal abortion ban. The new Democrat strategy appears to be: lie to your voters & hope they never figure it out.

Marine Le Pen is trying to appease Muslims in France. She boasts about “annoying” the right by declaring that Islam is compatible with the Republic. The reason? The Muslim vote is growing in power with every election cycle. This is a live enactment of Michel Houellebecq’s Submission. When Muslims form a majority in a city, fast-food chains start offering halal burgers. Political parties not much different than those chains begin offering “halal” programs. A real right wing party must be different. We do not need right-wing populists who court the ethnic vote and become collaborators in Islamization. This must stop. There are more than 50 Muslim-majority countries worldwide. All of them have stable demographics (very few of them are stable democracies). They should fix their nations instead of invading ours. Western Europe, a unique shining light of civilization rooted in its historic white and Christian culture, is instead being Islamized, colonized, and destroyed. This is unjust and a demographic crime. We deserve politicians who speak openly about it. We just want our countries back. Remigration or European Collapse.

Authoritarianism works, actually. The Republican Party better realize that for it to ever be viable again, its candidates need to make Bukele look like a moderate.
“The most extreme fall ever recorded.” And yet, some people still doubt us.

In 1996, an amateur archaeologist was walking along the Tollense River in northern Germany when he spotted a human arm bone sticking out of the riverbank. Lodged in the bone was a flint arrowhead. Archaeologists eventually started digging, and they kept finding bodies. The remains of more than 140 people so far, along with horses. And they've only excavated a small part of the valley. The bones dated to around 1250 BC. Most of them were young men. Many had wounds that never healed, because they died from them. Arrowheads stuck in bone. Skulls smashed by blunt weapons. Wounds from behind, as if men were cut down while running. This was a battle. Probably the oldest large-scale battlefield ever found in Europe. Before Tollense, most historians thought Bronze Age northern Europe was a world of small villages and small fights. Raids, feuds, maybe a few dozen men at a time. Tollense blew that up. Based on how many died and how much ground the fighting covered, researchers have estimated that a few thousand men might have taken part. Some of them had old healed injuries, too. These weren't farmers grabbing whatever was nearby. Some look like men who had fought before. The weapons were a mix. Bronze swords and spearheads. Bronze and flint arrowheads. And wooden clubs, including one shaped like a baseball bat and one shaped like a croquet mallet. Then it gets stranger. Chemical tests on teeth suggest many of the dead didn't grow up anywhere near the valley. And in 2016, archaeologists found what looks like one warrior's personal kit, a bundle of bronze tools and scrap metal. The style points to someone from southern central Europe, hundreds of miles away. So who was fighting whom, and why here? Nobody knows for sure. One theory is that the battle was over a causeway crossing the river, part of a trade route. There's no written record of it. No names, no winner, no story. Just a riverbank full of young men, 3,000 years old, and a war nobody knew had happened.

Anyone remember when Vivek Ramaswamy was defending the “right” for an adult to transgender identity and expression? This was just three years ago at a TPUSA event. “[Speaking to a ‘transgender’ questioner] As an adult, I want to be crystal clear about this, you have the right to do — in my opinion and I think our country should respect this too — you have the right to do what you wish with your body and how you identify without anybody else stopping you, as long as you’re not hurting someone else or taking something away from them in the process. That, I think, is a fair bargain.” Republicans freak out today when Democrats say the same thing. Never Vivek.

U.S. citizenship is a constitutional requirement for serving in Congress. Yet Minnesota and numerous other states do not require congressional candidates to submit documentary proof of citizenship, relying instead on sworn declarations. That alone is a disgrace.

If Ilhan Omar was never a U.S. citizen and has been serving as an elected representative, that’s a Constitutional crisis. For the first time in history, we may have been allowing a non-citizen to vote in Congress.
