There was an active shooter situation at an elementary school in Waynesboro, Virginia this morning. The shooter is down and there is a staff member with a possible GSW to the leg. This school is in Augusta County. The same county whose sheriff has refused to uphold new gun laws.

Oh no here we go. We're having an active shooter drill at my school on friday. It's really scary and sad to have to teach elementary school kids to hide in their classroom.

FAFO, but the kids got the FO portion. Parents, teachers, members of the school board, and any volunteers in that school district should sue the Sheriff and call for an immediate recall election. Then, they should vote for a DIFFERENT, stronger gun law.

I don’t get Valley news here in Ukraine, so thank you for sharing. I have very special friends down in Franklin, and all the way up to Berkeley Springs. Virginia has to toss off the “hick” from its rural counties. It’s beneath us to act that way. Hope you and Max are ok.
