I normally think censor beeps are funnier than uncensored dialogue, but this is like one of the only examples where I think the uncensored dialogue is so much funnier

It's all about what a scene demands. It's comedy gold when the tactical "FUCK" hits at the right moment. Censor beeps, because they are non-diegetic, are inherently funny because they come built-in subverting the expectation of hearing someone say a word. Subverting expectations, of course, being the foundation of comedy.
