We combined traditional animation with AI to make Passport Rush. For the car chase alone, we worked on 18 scenes in 3 days. Watch the full 28-minute breakdown of the creative process below. 🧵 8 things we learned the hard way – bookmark this:
The first hybrid AI-animated short made with the Blender + Higgsfield pipeline. We combined handcrafted 2D storyboards and 3D Blender previs with AI-animation to create “Passport Rush.” The film is now open source, so you can see how we made it. Every prompt and asset is public.

Approx 16 hours with Opus 5.5 and it is ready. I am absolutely speechless at how incredible this model is and what it can do. Here’s a sneak peek at the Minecraft-style game I’ve built for my son. This is by far the most complex project I’ve ever vibe coded. More details soon..

We may have reached the singularity with digital experiences. Opus 5.5 has proven that it's capable of producing tasteful, well-designed experiences, like this example here. Any digital experience will likely be commoditised, personalised and available to anyone who seeks it. In the near future, any digital experience you can think of will probably be generated in minutes, or even seconds. I'm still not sure what to think of this. On one side, it's amazing, we'll enter an era of digital content abundance. Whatever you seek to experience, learn or play, you'll be able to generate it in seconds. On the flip side, the joy of creation will be largely diminished, because any experience you could think of will probably have been generated by someone else already. I think premium gaming experiences and amazing movies by human directors will still exist, but that high bar is slowly getting eaten up by generative AI, and I can foresee a future where it surpasses even that. What a time to be alive to experience this. Play Little Habitats here (works well on mobile too) little-habitats.vercel.app/ This mini-game is built by Opus 5.5 in 2+ hours.

AI just spent 500+ hours rebuilding Zelda. 💀 No game engine. Built from scratch with GPT-6 Astra + Opus 5.5 + Fable 5.1. This is getting way too close to “describe a game → AI builds it” territory. 🎮🤯

Opus 5.5 & GPT 6 can cook together! Within 18 months anyone in the world will be able to create their own Triple A game quality project. And I’ve said in the past and I’ll say it again, I predict you will see statements / shareholder concern for the coming democratization of gaming. You can tell the doomers and anti-AI people are getting worried when the sentiment shifts from "it looks like slop" or "it looks horrible" to "well, YOU didn't make this and the models made it." Now, even though you do need someone to steer it in a good direction, it is true - the models made this. Soon, the models will make AAA games better than your favorite studios, and people are really not going to take this well.
Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Astra, and Fable 5.1 recreate Zelda: Ocarina of Time ! We set out to recreate the first demo video of Zelda, and see what we could come up with in one week! Everything you're seeing in this video was completely made from scratch without a game engine! We could have pushed these models a lot further for a lot longer. However, we wanted to get this video out after about a week of working to show you guys how far the models have truly come!!

Agents using Blender will have a massive impact on media production. I asked Astra to make a scene where people stand in a field watching a UFO - and iterated on exact timing + camera angles. Then I sent it to @fal's new 3D to video model and got this photoreal clip 🤯
3D to Video is now live on H3 Max, the fastest video model on the market and ranked #1 for video editing. Upload a Blender previs up to 15 seconds, and H3 Max turns it into photoreal video while preserving camera movement and shot timing. Add reference images to carry specific characters and environments into the final shot.

From one prompt you can step into a playable world. No assets. No Unreal Engine. It’s generated live while you move. And you can rewrite the scene you’re already in. Characters, weather, the environment, just with more prompts. The future is insane.

This is where I think world models could get interesting for game development: • Explore level ideas before building them • Experiment with player-driven events • Prototype interactive environments • Create new forms of gameplay But traditional engines still matter when developers need predictable rules, repeatable behavior and precise control. Still early, but this direction is interesting.

R2 keeps the world running as you interact with it. WASD controls your movement, while text and other inputs can also influence what happens next. The model uses the running context + your live input to generate what happens next.

Could a world model change how we build games? I tried PixVerse R2 through an interactive WASD world, and the interesting part wasn't just the visuals. It was being able to move through a generated world and influence what happens next.
