Today, I’m celebrating myself as a dad. I’m proud that I’ve never forgotten that fatherhood is an addition to my life, not the entirety of it. I’m still Darren. I still have dreams, friendships, style, ambition, softness, and a life outside of being Ducky’s dad. Being in front of the camera can feel vulnerable because I’m not just showing you what I look like. I’m allowing you to see me. Fatherhood changed me. It softened me, challenged me, and healed me. But it never erased me.

I’m honored to share At Home With Darren Graham with Father Mag. This story is deeply personal because it’s about more than fatherhood.
