I watched this video closely, and it really captivated me. On the one hand, it sparks endless curiosity about the possibilities available to us. On the other hand, if these possibilities are provided by generative AI, what’s the point? We’re essentially gambling on what it will create for us, hoping it will be as close as possible to what we want. Instead of fully controlling the process and experiencing it for ourselves, what’s the point of outsourcing that experience?

It’s so frustrating how poorly vector graphics are imported into After Effects. Especially from Illustrator. Images don’t import via Overlord, masks don’t import, and I won’t even get started on brushes. Plus, a single ui can have loads of layers, which really slow AE down.
