Most people lose money on NFTs for one reason:
They mint late, with no WL or no proper research.
This is the full playbook.
How to find mints early, get whitelist, follow the right people, join the right rooms, and skip rugs.
Save this
First truth:
WL is not a form you fill when the project is already trending.
By then the list is full, the flippers are in and you’re paying mint + gas for leftovers.
WL is a social game that starts before the mint page exists.
How you actually get whitelist
1. Find projects early
Watch new accounts, new Discords, new art drops, and new contract deploys before CT starts quoting them.
2. Post about them first
Not “gm project name.”
Write what the art is, who the team is, why the supply/price makes sense, who the partners are. Teams notice the people who explain them before they need marketing.
3. DM like a person, not a beggar
“gm wl pls” dies in the inbox.
Send something useful: a thread, a collab idea, a holder insight, a bug you found, a community intro. Then ask.
4. Get in rooms and stay visible
Join Web3 and NFT communities. Comment. Help new people. Show up on spaces. Lurkers don’t get allocated.
5. Enter WL contests
Raids, quote-to-enter, meme contests, art contests, holder raffles. Easy volume if you actually participate.
6. Hold partner collections and previous drops
A lot of WL is snapshot-based. If you already hold the last collection or a partner collection, you’re in the room before the form opens.
7. Build real rapport with CMs
Not parasocial. Not “I cooked for you” as a joke with no relationship. Be useful to the people who run the list.
WL goes to people the team already trusts.
The daily stack: tools
Use these every day. Don’t open X first. Open trackers first.
Free mint tracker / sales alerts

Free mint / allowlist bot

Tracking bot
@SilentAlphaBot
Low-gas lanes people are using right now: Robinhood, Arc, ETH, Ink. Romeo flagged ~$5 gas on those.
If you have budget and you’re minting often,
@_mintdash is the paid upgrade so you’re not living on free alerts alone.
Same sales tracker listed twice in the original post on purpose: alerts matter more than a pretty dashboard. Turn notifications on.
How to use the tools without drowning:
- Scan MintGo + AlphaTrack for new free mints and trending collections
- Check
leak.me / moni for accounts that just started getting followed by NFT hubs
- Skim Telegram alerts you missed overnight
- Pick 2–3 projects max
- Read the team, supply, mint price, roadmap, partners
- Decide: Farm WL, ignore, or wait for secondary
- Recheck sales on the ones you minted
- Don’t revenge-mint because a friend flipped 2x
Tools find inventory. You still choose.
Who to follow for early alpha
Don’t follow 200 NFT accounts. Follow people who surface names before they trend.

Also use
@SilentAlphaBot so you’re not living on your For You page.
The real feed is not the project’s announcement.
The real feed is what these accounts start watching 3–10 days earlier.
When three of them post the same name uncoordinated, that’s a signal.
When only one shills it and the replies are all “send wl,” that’s noise.
Communities worth joining
@0xAlphaGEMs — collabs, people who actually ship together
@emperorjournal_ — tools and early alpha
@IronAllies_ — bidding / trading flow, not just mint-and-cope
@AlchemistDaO1
Rules for communities:
- Don’t join 15 communities and go silent in all of them
- Pick 2–3 and become a name
- Help before you extract
- Share research, not just “wen mint”
Ok bye
Kindly share cos I know this was helpful.
