UConn preview w/ @DaveBorges 🐕 B2B 🏆s and a runner-up finish in a 4 year span. Not bad, Dan Hurley. This year's group is capable of greatness as well. The incumbent backcourt features two All-American caliber players in Silas Demary Jr. and Braylon Mullins. The Huskies will need to rely on some younger pieces this season, but it's a very talented incoming crop of sophomore transfers and freshman. They'll be tested early on here, as the Huskies have one of the toughest non-con slates we've ever seen. 🎧🔗⬇️

Silas Demary Jr. on being snubbed on a recent preseason All-American list: "I kind of stay off those things. Maybe my dad sees it and reposts it. For me, I just use it as fuel. Nobody's believed in me outside of my family and close circle and the guys I'm with every day. If so-and-so puts out their list, that's what they believe. I'm just going to put my head down, keep working and keep trying to lead my team."

Couple of quick observations from brief view of UConn practice: Colben Landrew looks gooood. Braylon Mullins not participating, doesn’t sound serious. CT products, former buy game opponents Jackson Benigni, Nick Guadarrama are now GAs.
